TheUnterthurner Distilleryhas been a family-run business for three generations, dedicated to the production of high-quality spirits. With over 60 different premium products, we serve both specialty retailers and the hospitality industry within and outside our region. To strengthen our team in the bottling and processing of our fine spirits, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic employee.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical management of the bottling line:Responsibility for the bottling, labeling, and packaging of our products.

• Monitoring and maintenance of machinery:Ensuring the operational readiness and efficiency of the bottling line.

• Redilution and production:Independently producing distillates, liqueurs, digestifs, and aperitifs.

• Quality control:Ensuring product quality through regular inspections and adjustments to the production process.

• Documentation:Careful recording and documentation of production data and maintenance work.

Your Profile:

• Technical Training: Completed technical training, ideally with a focus on mechatronics or mechanics.

• Professional Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position or in the food or beverage production sector.

• Technical Understanding: High level of expertise in mechatronics and mechanics, combined with a keen understanding of technical processes.

• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Independence: A structured, precise, and self-directed approach to work.

• Language Skills: Good written and spoken German and Italian.
