We accompany our raw materials from orchard to bottle. Every step takes place in our distillery - from mashing to distilling, from ageing to bottling. Quality control begins in the orchard and ends only when the bottle is opened.

Marlengo pears, stone pine cones from Villandro, pomace from South Tyrol’s best vineyards, we select with care. Only ripe, aromatic fruit can unfold its full flavour potential.
