South Tyrol is apple country - and our Golden Delicious Barrique is a true showcase of this tradition. At 1,000 meters above sea level, our apples ripen slowly. Plenty of sun, cool nights, and alpine soil give them fine sweetness, characteristic honey notes, and gentle spice.
Master distiller Andreas distills the single-variety apples in the copper still, then the spirit ages at least one year in French oak barriques.

An elegant apple spirit with full-bodied fruit, complemented by vanilla, honey, caramel, and a hint of tobacco. Harmonious and long-lasting on the palate. Best neat at room temperature - or as an apple punch topped with cream. Perfect with mature cheeses or chocolate desserts.
