Apple quinces from northern Italy, harvested from October to November, form the base of this elegant spirit. After classic fermentation, the mash is gently distilled in our rarity still. The spirit then rests for five years in French barriques.

Aromas of apple, pear, rose, and lemon intertwine with vanilla, toasted notes, and a hint of tobacco. Complex, deep, and refined. Best enjoyed after breathing, served at room temperature. Perfect with dark chocolate or plum-based dishes.
