These pure Pinot Blanc pomace come directly from the Burggräfler Winery, our neighbor. In our distillery they are fermented, then distilled in the rarity still using the water bath method. The finishing touch: 36 months of maturation in barriques that previously held Yellow Muscat Grappa.

A delicate, floral bouquet with fine wood notes. On the palate soft, velvety, with a long, complex finish. A grappa that reveals its three years of aging in every sip. For special occasions or simply when it’s time for something extraordinary.
