Our Pinot Noir Riserva begins with pomace from the Muri-Gries Monastery Winery, a pillar of South Tyrolean winemaking. After distillation, the grappa matures for three years in an oak cask that previously held Unterthurner rum. This unique aging imparts its special character: smooth, rounded, with a touch of exotic flair.

Delicate notes of apple and grass on the nose, accompanied by gentle roasted tones. On the palate, vanilla, fruit, and a hint of rum merge into a creamy, soft finish. Perfect with sweet desserts or neat as a refined close to the evening.
