Popphof Barrique 0,5 L

Tradition and quality unite in the Popphof Barrique Grappa. Katharina tends the historic estate, making wine there for over 400 years, and delivers freshly pressed Moscato Giallo and Chardonnay pomace on the day of harvest. Andreas distills them separately to preserve freshness and fruit intensity. After at least a year of barrel aging, the two grappas are blended into a harmonious whole.

Fruity aromas with subtle notes of vanilla, rose, and Muscat. Enjoyed neat, it pairs beautifully with light meat dishes.
