Pure, elegant, and surprisingly fresh. The hand-selected pomace comes from the Burggräfler Winery, just a few kilometers from our distillery. Delivered the same day, it is fermented and distilled in small batches using the discontinuous method. A process that Andreas guides with intuition and precision. The result is a clear, finely structured grappa that captures the varietal’s essence.

A nose of hay blossoms, fresh pear, apple, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, harmonious, lively, and pleasantly smooth, with a fruity finish. A stylish digestif, perfect with fruity desserts or simply neat as a refined finale to a light meal.
