Lagrein 0,5 L

An homage to one of South Tyrol’s most powerful grape varieties: Lagrein, deeply rooted in the region, expresses its unmistakable character even as a grappa. The pomace comes from the Muri-Gries Monastery Winery in Bolzano, where Lagrein has been vinified with care for generations. Once delivered, the fresh pomace is gently distilled in our copper still, then aged for at least twelve months in stainless steel.

On the nose, aromas of red forest berries, on the palate, ripe cherry, dark chocolate, and a hint of spice. The finish is velvety and elegant. A characterful companion to hearty meat dishes, aged cheese, or dark chocolate.
