A grappa with origin and character. From the aromatic pomace of South Tyrol’s Gewürztraminer comes a spirit that captures the honest signature of the grape: powerful, floral, and balanced. The single-varietal pomace comes from the Burggräfler Winery, just a stone’s throw from our distillery. After fermentation, Andreas distills it gently in the copper still using the traditional water bath method, followed by twelve months of aging in stainless steel.

Floral on the nose, aromatic on the palate. Our Gewürztraminer Grappa shows just how much depth and expression lies within a single variety. Perfect with white meats, delicate fish, or as an elegant conclusion to a special menu.
