Harvested at 2,000 meters on the Villandro Alp, nurtured with pure spring water. The flowers are carefully dried and macerated to preserve their fine, natural aroma.
A delicate scent of fresh, lightly dried hay - like a summer day on the Alp. Soft and floral on the palate, with notes of chamomile, honey, and subtle tea aromas. Magical neat, paired with aged cheese, or as a sweet finale to apple strudel.
