For this refreshing liqueur, we use only the peel of Sicilian Verdello lemons - an aromatic, greenish-hued variety with a fine, slightly bitter flavor. The volcanic soil of Mount Etna and Mediterranean sun give these lemons an exceptional, layered aroma.
