Ingredients
4 cl Organic Lemon Liqueur
3 cl Gin 2024
0.5 cl sugar syrup
2 cl lime juice
4 cl mediterranean tonic water
Garnish: dried lime, kaffir leaf, lemongrass stalk
Preparation
Muddle kaffir leaf and lemongrass, shake with liqueur, gin, lime juice, and sugar syrup. Strain into a tumbler over ice, top with tonic water. Garnish with lime, kaffir leaf, and lemongrass stalk.
