Apricot Rose Sour

A floral twist: Our Apricot meets rose syrup and lemon. Silky, delicate, and extraordinary.

Ingredients
  • 4 cl Apricot

  • 1.5 cl rose syrup

  • 2 cl lemon juice

  • 3 cl egg white

  • Dash of sugar syrup

  • Garnish: dried rose

Preparation

Shake the egg white without ice. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake again. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a dried rose.
