Golden Val Venosta
Apple, vermouth and a hint of citrus: a drink like a golden autumn afternoon in the Venosta Valley.
5 cl Vermouth Bianco
3.5 cl apple juice
2.5 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
2.5 cl egg white
Garnish: ½ apple
Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into a tumbler with a little ice. Garnish with an apple fan on a skewer.
