Plums take the stage in late summer, when days shorten, colors deepen, and aromas intensify. For our Plum liqueur, we use ripe northern Italian plums that develop their full fruit aroma through slow maceration. We then refine the liqueur with our own plum spirit for more depth and structure.

Intense plum bouquet with velvety marzipan notes. Neat, over ice, or warmed with a cream topping. Ideal with nougat and vanilla desserts.
