As summer draws to a close, plum season begins. Our fruits come from Northern Italy and are processed immediately after harvest. Carefully distilled and aged for over a year, the result is a spirit that captures the full flavour of ripe plums.

Intense plum aroma with subtle almond undertones. Fruity and balanced on the palate. Ideal with nougat or lemon desserts, and perfect alongside autumnal cakes.
