Cherries need time, and we give them plenty. Our northern Italian Amarena cherries ripen slowly, developing intense sweetness and firm flesh. Only fully ripe fruits reach our distillery, where master distiller Andreas refines them into an elegant spirit drink that carries the very soul of the cherry.
