When Alois Unterthurner created the Waldler® Original in 1976, it was more than a new distillate - it was a pioneering achievement. For the first time, the full aroma of fresh raspberries could be captured and held in alcohol. Crafted with skilled hands, patience, and delicate precision, this classic quickly became one of the most beloved products of our distillery. Gently distilled in a water bath and matured for over a year in stainless steel, the Waldler® Original preserves the pure fruitiness of the raspberry: clear, natural, and unadulterated.

An intense raspberry bouquet, underlined by subtle vanilla notes. Soft, fruity, and lingering on the palate. Perfect with dark chocolate - for example, in our own Waldler pralines. Or as a refined twist in a Raspberry Sour.
