The raspberry is more than a fruit. It is part of our heritage. Grown on the sun-kissed slopes of South Tyrol, these berries lend this gin its soul. Their character is refined with Alpine juniper berries, organic Sicilian lemon peel, and fragrant iris roots from the mountains. Distilled gently in our traditional copper still using the discontinuous water bath method, the delicate aromas are carefully preserved.

Fresh, fruity, and elegant on the nose, with the clear signature of fully ripe raspberries, floral nuances, and a touch of citrus. On the palate, balanced with lively freshness, soft sweetness, and a harmonious juniper finish. Our Raspberry Gin is a delight neat or in a classic Gin & Tonic, and shines as the star in a Raspberry Sour.
