Pioneering spirit with a juniper note.
Juniper is the aromatic heart of every gin, including ours. It unites all five varieties in our range, each as distinct as can be, yet sharing the same origin: the Alps.
Our gins reflect origin, quality, and a spirit of experimentation. Fruity, spicy, smoky, or alcohol-free - every expression is carefully composed and crafted by hand. We deliberately limit the number of botanicals, choosing few but expressive ones to make our gins clear, focused, and honest.
Gin & Tonic - a story of flavor.
Gin is more than a drink; it is part of Europe’s cultural history. Its roots trace back to the Middle Ages, when monks used juniper as a medicinal herb. By the 16th century, the Dutch Genever emerged, a spiced grain spirit with juniper notes, which soon made its way to England. In the 17th century, gin became a popular drink. From its rough beginnings, modern distilling transformed it into the elegant London Dry Gin we know today. The Gin & Tonic also has historic roots: British colonial officers in India mixed gin with tonic water, which contained quinine to protect against malaria.
