Tradition, craftsmanship, passion - all united in our Speck Gin. Inspired by South Tyrol’s smoking culture, we have created a gin that interprets the flavors of our region in a truly unique way. The juniper berries are smoked together with speck. Combined with regional spices like bay leaf, allspice, rosemary, and cardamom, they develop a complexity that is perfected in our small rarity still.

Bold and multilayered - smoky notes rise on the nose, accompanied by herbs and spice. On the palate, peaty juniper dominates, rounded by rosemary and bay. Whether paired with smoked meats, a South Tyrolean “Marende”, or served as an original Gin & Tonic with Indian tonic and a bay leaf: Speck Gin is an experience for connoisseurs and lovers of Alpine aromas.
