The story of herbal bitters is deeply connected to the Alpine region, and at Unterthurner this tradition has a firm place. Our Italian digestifs and Amari, whether Bitter, Gentian, or Anise, are crafted with care by hand. High-quality herbs, roots, and spices from South Tyrol and Northern Italy form the base. Wormwood, mint, gentian root, or masterwort are harvested directly from our forests and alpine valleys. Gently extracted and distilled with decades of experience, the result is aromatic, honest digestifs that delight both connoisseurs and explorers.
