Our Anise Liqueur brings this tradition to the Alps, interpreted with South Tyrolean finesse. Dried, woody star anise fruits are macerated in alcohol and refined with our own Vernatsch grappa, resulting in an authentic, aromatic liqueur with regional character.

Sweet-spicy star anise on the nose, full-bodied and intense on the palate with a fresh finish. A balanced liqueur, delightful neat or with soda water. Served at room temperature in rounded glasses, it reveals its full aromatic spectrum.
