What happens when you try to capture the diversity of South Tyrol in a glass? For our cellar master Davide Casagranda, it meant a journey through forests, meadows, and alpine slopes with one goal: to create a distinctive bitter that carries the strength of alpine herbs. Sixteen hand-selected ingredients, among them masterwort, nettle, and linden blossom, form the heart of this extraordinary digestif, refined with our own organic orange geist.

With aromas of fresh orange, gentian, and linden blossom, House Bitter unfolds on the palate with a pleasant herbal bitterness, refreshing mint, and the distinct finish of angelica root. Best enjoyed neat after a meal, as a “Bitter Farmacy,” or paired with dark chocolate.
