With care and expertise, its robust roots are harvested by hand before being gently macerated. In our traditional copper still, Master Distiller Andreas captures the very essence of this remarkable plant through the slow, discontinuous bain-marie distillation process. The result: a characterful digestif with a distinctive bitterness and crystalline purity – as authentic and elemental as the Alps themselves.
