A liqueur with history. For over 70 years, the Walnut Liqueur has accompanied the Unterthurner family - following the original recipe by Ignaz Unterthurner. Green walnuts macerated in alcohol and refined with our own grappa create an honest liqueur with unmistakable character.


Full nut aroma with harmonious sweetness and subtle spice. Perfect neat over ice, with ice cream, or after a hearty meal - whether on a mountain hut or at a traditional Törggelen feast.
