Waldler Selection 0,2 L

The raspberry geist of our Selection line is a true tribute to the region: from June to October, aromatic raspberries are hand-harvested under the sun of the Alpine slopes and carefully macerated in our distillery. The subsequent distillation is done traditionally in our copper still using the discontinuous water-bath method.
What makes it special is the time: two years of aging in stainless steel tanks give the geist space to fully develop its fresh, fruity raspberry aromas.

Delicate raspberry notes with elegant freshness, lingering on the palate. Perfect neat at room temperature or in a Raspberry Sour. Excellent with creamy desserts and chocolate.
