This exclusive special edition is made from carefully selected Sauvignon grapes from the nearby Passeier Valley. After gentle distillation, the spirit is aged for a total of five years in small oak barrels. During this time, the distillate develops its distinctive depth and elegance: fruity and floral aromas blend harmoniously with subtle hints of vanilla and gentle woody notes.

On the palate, the Unterthurner Grape Aged 5 Years is soft, round, and long-lasting. Nuances of honey and candied fruit lend the spirit a refined and balanced character.
