This limited edition is crafted from carefully selected Sauvignon grapes grown in the nearby Passeier Valley. After distillation, the spirit is aged for a total of 5 years in small oak barrels, during which time it develops its exceptional depth, harmony, and complexity.

The bouquet unfolds with fruity and floral notes, accompanied by subtle vanilla and gentle woody tones. On the palate, the distillate is soft, round, and elegant. The long-lasting flavor is reminiscent of honey and candied fruit. The balanced combination of fruitiness, sweetness, and wood gives the spirit its refined character.
