To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Waldler® Original, we are introducing a special limited edition: Waldler Riserva. This spirit drink combines our company’s tradition with the exceptional depth of a raspberry distillate aged for two years in specially toasted acacia wood barrels.

Only hand-picked wild raspberries, which ripen on sunny slopes and forest edges in the region, are used for the Waldler Riserva. Harvested and processed with the utmost care, each berry forms the basis for a spirit drink of exceptional quality.

Gentle distillation in our pot still lays the foundation for a delicate bouquet. The Waldler Riserva then matures for one year in stainless steel tanks before being aged for a further two years in specially selected acacia wood barrels. This process yields nuances of vanilla, honey, apple, and delicate wild berries, lending the spirit drink elegance and character.

On the palate, the Waldler Riserva is lively and harmonious, while the finish remains soft and long-lasting.
