Raspberry Sour

The classic with a raspberry twist: Our Waldler® Original gives this sour its intense fruitiness and subtle elegance.

Mix:

2 cl Waldler® Original · 4 cl Raspberry Gin · 2 cl lemon juice · 1 cl sugar syrup · 1 cl grenadine. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with raspberries on a skewer.

6pm Bitter Spritz

The award-winning 6pm Bitter, which has received anISW Gold award and been named “Aperitif of the Year International, ” offers a tart, fresh, and elegant flavor.

Mix:

1 part 6pm Bitter · 1 part Prosecco · 2 parts soda water. Stir the ingredients in an aperitif glass with ice cubes and garnish with an orange zest.

1 cl House Bitter · 1 cl Forest Herbal Bitter · 3 cl Monastery Bitter · mineral water · ice cubes · fresh mint for garnish.

A cocktail with an unmistakable South Tyrolean touch. Spicy herbs, subtle notes of juniper, and the smoky aroma of our Speck Gin make it a truly special treat.

Mix:

9 cl Speck Gin · 0.1 cl Vermouth Bianco · Stir over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with crispy South Tyrolean speck.
