For our Organic Lemon Liqueur, we select the zest of the Sicilian Verdello lemon, which ripen in late August through early September. Intense aroma and delicately tart freshness make it an extraordinary lemon. The Mediterranean sun and the mineral-rich soil of Mount Etna give it an unmistakable character.
The secret lies in the peel.
That’s where the precious aromas reside, the ones that make our liqueur so fresh and vibrant. We carefully peel and process the organic lemon peels ourselves. This allows us to preserve the fruit’s character and combine it with our passion for the art of artisanal liqueur-making.
