VERMOUTH BIANCO

When delicate linden blossoms drift through a sunlit South Tyrolean vineyard, the story of our Vermouth Bianco begins. Its base is a full-bodied Pinot Grigio from the Zemmer winery, refined with Italian herbs, fine spices, and our own orange and cocoa geist. The result: a vermouth with unmistakable freshness and aromatic depth.

Character & enjoyment

On the nose, linden blossom, orange, and clove take the lead. On the palate, the vermouth unfolds softly, with elegant citrus and wormwood notes.

Enjoy neat over ice, in a spritz, or in the Unterthurner Bianco. A perfect match for dark chocolate.
