Our Limited Edition begins with single-varietal Chardonnay pomace from the Burggräfler Winery - freshly delivered and delicately distilled by Andreas. The special touch: 18 months of aging in oak casks that previously held our house whisky.

A grappa that marries Chardonnay’s fruity elegance with subtle peat and gentle roasted notes. Complex, layered, and with a fine finish. Just 550 bottles produced. An exceptional experience neat at room temperature.
