Gute Luise Pear 0,5 L

The Gute Luise is a special pear that grows right at our doorstep. At Oberhartlhof in Marlengo, just a few kilometers from our distillery, Christoph and his family carefully tend this old variety. When the pears reach perfect ripeness in autumn, he brings them to us in crates. Sun-ripened, intact, and ready for the still.
The Gute Luise has a juicy, slightly tart flavor that comes alive in the copper still. Our master distiller Andreas carefully distills it using the discontinuous water-bath method, creating an elegant pear spirit that reaches full aromatic expression after one year in stainless steel.

A subtle, honest pear bouquet, pleasantly soft and varietal on the palate. Best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a wide glass, or paired with cheese. A clear tribute to South Tyrol’s fruit diversity and traditional craftsmanship.
