Rum from the Alps? Absolutely. Since 2019 we have been distilling our own rum in Marlengo. Molasses is fermented with selected yeasts and distilled in our rarity still using the gentle water bath method. It then matures in South Tyrolean red wine barrels, deep in the vaulted cellars of Priami Manor.
