We are particularly pleased that this classic was awarded a gold medal at the Concours International de Lyonin 2026.

The 6pm Bitter combines aromatic oranges and mandarins with the pleasantly bitter notes of wormwood. At 20% vol. it is the ideal base for modern aperitif creations.

In 2026, the 6pm Bitter impressed the jury at the International Spirits Award (ISW) and was awarded a gold medal. It was also named International Aperitif of the Year 2026.

For our South Tyrolean Williams Christ, we use 100% locally grown Williams Christ pears.

This famous pear variety is known for its intense aroma and melt-in-your-mouth flesh. In South Tyrol, the pears find ideal conditions to develop their characteristic aroma. The result is a clean, elegant pear spirit with delicate, variety-typical fruit notes. On the palate, it is velvety and fruity, with a pleasantly smooth finish.

For this, it won a gold medal at the 2026 Concours International de Lyon.

Our Waldler Barrique begins where the Waldler Selection truly shines—and then takes it a step further.

After distillation and a year of aging in stainless steel, the Waldler Barrique is allowed to rest for another year in oak barrels. During this time, it develops its natural golden hue and blends its characteristic raspberry aromas with warm wood and vanilla notes. On the palate, it becomes fuller, rounder, and more velvety, and the sweet vanilla notes remain particularly prominent in the long finish.

In 2026, this exceptional product was awarded agold medal at the Frankfurt International Trophy.

The base is made from fresh Pinot Blanc pomace sourced from the immediate vicinity. At Unterthurner, the pomace is distilled gently to preserve its aromas in the small rarities distillery using the discontinuous water bath method.

But its true character develops over time: the grappa ages for three years in former Goldmuskateller barrique barrels.

This allows it to combine floral aromas with subtle woody notes. On the palate, it is velvety and smooth, with a long, elegant finish.

A love for raspberries is part of Unterthurner’s DNA.

For our South Tyrolean Raspberry, we select only the finest berries from the Martell Valley—a region renowned for its mountain raspberries. Growing at altitudes of up to 1,800 meters, these small fruits thrive under unique climatic conditions. The mild, dry climate and cool temperatures allow them to ripen slowly, giving them their intense aroma. After careful batch distillation in a copper still, the spirit is allowed to age for at leasttwo years in stainless steel tanks.

The result: intense raspberry aromas, subtle vanilla notes, and exceptional smoothness.

This earned it a strong 94 points at the Falstaff Tasting 2026.
