Sloe Sour

Spicy, berry-rich, distinctive: our Sloe Gin forms the base for this intense sour.
Ingredients
5 cl Sloe gin
3 cl lemon juice
1.5 cl sugar syrup
2 cl egg white
Garnish: peppercorns
Preparation
Shake vigorously and strain without ice into a martini glass. Garnish with a few peppercorns.
