3 cl Vermouth Bianco
3 cl Speck Gin
3 cl Bitter
Ice cubes
Garnish: lightly seared speck
Alle Zutaten in einen Tumber geben, mit einem Löffel umrühren und mit dem Speck garnieren.Pour all ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice. Stir gently with a spoon, then garnish with a slice of crisp, pan-seared speck.
