South Tyrol meets Mexico: tequila, raspberry, and lime meet alpine freshness and delicate sweetness.
4.5 cl Raspberry Liqueur
3 cl Tequila
2 cl lime juice
1.5 cl agave syrup
3 fresh raspberries
Garnish: salt, lime juice
Moisten the rim of a highball glass with lime juice and dip in salt. Muddle raspberries in a shaker, add all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into the prepared glass.
